Within our Field Engineering division, we provide field evaluations whereby products are evaluated to the applicable product safety standard(s) for the specific application and location where the product is being utilized. The process includes construction inspection for use of components, assembly, and limited nondestructive testing to complete the assessment. As our global footprint continues to spread across the world, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Germany (home-based).

In this role, you will handle lead-to-orders, scheduling for specialty field engineering services, up-selling and cross-selling our services, and target new business opportunities. You will meet with clients (virtually), provide value propositions, and utilize our CRM to work towards your assigned targets.

  • General process flows
  • Utilize CRM to create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales pipeline focused on new accounts.
  • Identify and pursue prospects through various lead generating activities, including tradeshow lead follow-ups and cold-calling
  • Collaborate with prospects to identify and qualify their needs including understanding decision makers, delivery timeframe, budget status, challenge and pain points, and competition status
  • Provide value propositions to clients, handle complex objections, prepare quotes, and close sales by getting prospects’ commitment with little or no supervision.

  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree)
  • Two years of related experience
  • General knowledge of sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Have a general understanding of our products and services
