#welcometothegroup

Our Finance division consists of the two large departments, Finance & Accounting and Controlling & Analysis. Our financial experts cover the topics of accounting, taxes, and payroll accounting, as well as travel management and time and billing. They monitor and lead our finance processes, support our consultant teams in the market, and lay the foundation for decisions.

It's bad manners to talk about money. Unless you're in Finance & Accounting or Controlling & Analysis-the two large teams comprising Finance at BCG. Not only do these professionals talk about money all the time, they also really have to know what they're talking about, since they're responsible for accounting, taxes, payroll, travel management, and time and billing at BCG. In addition to purely financial workflows, they also ensure that our consultants have the best possible basis for making decisions in our various respective markets.

  • You are open-minded, with strong personal initiative.

You will be part of a seven-person team, working together closely with your colleagues in the Munich and Düsseldorf offices. Together, you'll be in charge of collecting billing data and mailing client invoices, as well as contract management and reporting. The team collaborates with respect, acceptance, and mutual trust.
