Process Specialist Systems Engineering (m/f/diverse)

We are looking for you to support our area Vehicle Networking and Information at the location Regensburg.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Define system engineering standards for the Business Areas Architecture and Networking

• Contribute to the development of SE methods and processes of Continental Automotive

• Analyze ASPICE assessment results in the area of SE, derive improvement measures and

implement them

• Develop training concepts for SE processes/methods and conduct trainings

• Plan the roll-out of new methods/processes, support pilot projects and collect lessons learned

• Define and track the deployment strategy

• Drive improvement initiatives within the Business Areas, consolidate and represent the Business Areas needs in definition teams on company level

Job Requirements

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or comparable

• Several years of experience in systems engineering

• Several years of leadership experience as lead engineer, project leader or similar

• Experience in task planning and tracking

• Experience with process/method development or process improvement projects

• Very good knowledge of development processes (classic, agile) and ASPICE

• Very good knowledge of state-of-the-art requirements engineering (e.g. IREB certificate), architectural design and test methods as well as engineering tools (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody)

• Methodical and structured approach, ability to abstract or simplify

• Very good German and English language skills written and spoken

• Working experience with international teams

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Coaching and training capabilities, moderation skills

• Strong quality orientation
