Für unseren Standort in Köln bzw. für eine ortsunabhängige Tätigkeit aus deinem Mobile Office (Wohnort muss Deutschland sein und sollte idealerweise der Großraum Köln/Düsseldorf sein) - suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt dich als Werkstudent:in Account Team (w/m/d).

Arbeitszeiten: flexibel, max. 20 Stunden/Woche

Vergütung: 14 Euro/Stunde

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

• Als Werkstudent:in in unserem Account Team unterstützt Du deine Kolleg:innen im operativen Tagesgeschäft, begleitest Recherchen, Monitoring-Aufgaben und erstellst eigenständig Reportings
• Du arbeitest an der Planung und Durchführung von PR-Maßnahmen mit und bringst Dich proaktiv bei der Themenfindung ein
• Ganz entsprechend Deiner Vorkenntnisse erstellst Du Texte und redaktionelle Beiträge für unsere Kund:innen
• Die Pflege der Journalistenverteiler und Kontaktdatenbanken gehört ebenso zu Deiner Aufgabe, wie das Einbringen Deiner Ideen zur Eigen-PR oder der Mitarbeit an Konzepten

Was bringst du mit?

• Du bist eingeschrieben:er Student:in, idealerweise im Bereich Kommunikation, Journalismus oder Medienwissenschaft
• Die gängigen Social Media Plattformen (wie YouTube, Instagram, Twitter etc.) sind Dir vertraut und Du bist stets auf der Suche nach neuen Trends und Innovationen
• Du kannst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch sehr gut kommunizieren (Schrift und Wort)
• Mit den MS Office Programmen MS Excel und MS PowerPoint kennst Du Dich sehr gut aus, idealerweise hast Du auch schon Journalisten-Datenbanken kennengelernt (z. B. Zimpel)
• Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ und denkst lösungsorientiert. Du hast Lust flexibel im Team zu arbeiten.

We are looking for you to start as a Student Assistant in our Account Team (f/m/d) for our location in Cologne or for a location-independent position from your mobile office (you must be located in Germany and eligible to work, and ideally, your place of residence should be in the Cologne/Düsseldorf area).

What are your tasks?

• As a student in our account team, you will support your colleagues in their day-to-day operations, assist with research and monitoring tasks, and prepare reports independently
• You will be involved in the planning and implementation of PR measures and proactively contribute to finding topics
• Depending on your previous knowledge, you will create texts and editorial contributions for our customers
• Maintaining the journalist distribution lists and contact databases is just as much a part of your job as contributing your ideas for Zeno Germany's own PR or working on concepts

What do you bring to the table?

• You are a registered student ideally in the field of communication, journalism, or media science
• You already have some experience with social media platforms such as Youtube, Instagram or Twitter and you are enthusiastic about industry trends and innovations
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as a good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, ideally also of journalist databases (e.g., Zimpel)
• You think proactively and in a solution-oriented way. You want to work flexibly in a team.
